No long-term contract, membership can be terminated with 30 days notice. Members choose to stay because they value their relationship with their doctor.
Annual retainer averaging $1650-2200/year, in addition to billing insurance
Insurance is billed per visit or procedure and you will be charged associated co-pays
24/7 access to the practice, may be a different practitioner than your usual physician
