Direct Primary Care (DPC): This membership includes access to your doctor via text, virtual visits, and office visits. Procedures such as pap smears, IUD/birth control implant insertion, joint injections, skin tag removals, and laceration repairs are also included. There may be additional charges for medications used in certain procedures. Home visits are available as needed for an additional charge.
There is a one time enrollment fee of $150 per individual or family enrolling together.
The enrollment fee is waived for memberships that are prepaid annually.
Minor children must be enrolled with a parent or guardian.
